We might be Hamilton 'Carpets' but we are so much more. Affectionally known to our customers as Hamiltons - we supply and fit floor coverings in all types.
We are a long established family business, with a large showroom in Billericay housing an extensive range of flooring for both Domestic & Commercial projects.
Established since 1962 we specialise in residential and commercial flooring. With offices in Billericay and Chelmsford we can supply and fit across Essex and surrounding counties. With a team of up to fifty people we have a combined experience of over 250 years.

Do you offer free quotes?Yes, we provide free site visits, measurements, and no-obligation quotes for both residential and commercial flooring projects.

What types of flooring do you install?We install carpet, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), vinyl, laminate, and hardwood flooring for homes and businesses.

Can you help with new build developments?Absolutely. We regularly work with developers to fit flooring in new build homes across Essex, London and the surrounding areas.

How long does installation take?Timeframes vary based on the size of the area and flooring type, but we always aim to complete work efficiently with minimal disruption.

Are your fitters insured and qualified?Yes. All of our flooring installers are highly experienced and fully insured to carry out residential and commercial work.

Can you dispose of old flooring?Yes, we can uplift and dispose of your old flooring as part of your new installation service. Just let us know in advance during your quotation.

Do you supply the flooring or just install?We do both. You can choose from our wide range of flooring options and we’ll supply and install everything for a seamless service.
